We begin by understanding your business and getting a handle on what you’re looking to achieve. Your dedicated Project Director will establish key outputs required from the project, alongside the budget, timescales and your operational requirements.
Working with our established design partners, we’ll produce concept options and designs, ready for your review and approval. Accompanying these are outline costs and programmes, each underpinned by tangible, real-time data.
Only when we’ve agreed on a design which meets your requirements will we assemble the project team, who’ll develop the design through each RIBA stage. We’ll undertake a thorough cost/programme check and obtain your approval to ensure we only develop what is feasible for you.
At this stage, the design will have been fleshed out to ensure it’s suitable for construction/fit out. Only once all project stakeholders are delighted with our plans will we make our shared vision a reality, with our team seamlessly delivering the design on site. We will, of course, engage with you at every step of the process to ensure you remain informed and involved.
The construction stage is a short but crucial step in the overall lifecycle of your new premises. Our team will work with you to ensure you understand every installation, training you on how things work and supplying the data and information you need to operate it.
